- Error informationCJASE does not use advertising SDKs or behavioural analytics.In supported versions of the mobile application, CJASE uses Sentry, a third-party error and crash monitoring service, to identify technical problems and improve application reliability.When an error occurs, limited diagnostic information may be transmitted to Sentry, including error details, application version, device and operating system information, and related technical metadata. IP addresses may also be processed as part of service delivery.CJASE configures Sentry to minimise unnecessary personal information. Session recordings and automatic screenshots are disabled. Diagnostic information is not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.

CJASE relies on third-party infrastructure, mapping, routing and transport-data providers to deliver some features.Depending on the journey and supported market, these may include mapping services, public transport authorities, railway operators, mobility-data providers and cloud infrastructure providers.Examples may include HERE Technologies, Google services, Swiss public transport data sources, national and regional transport providers, and Render for cloud hosting.When necessary, information such as origin, destination, geographic coordinates, travel date and time or other journey parameters may be transmitted to the relevant provider in order to calculate or improve the requested travel options.The providers used may vary depending on the country, region and requested journey.CJASE also uses Sentry, a third-party error and crash monitoring service, in supported versions of its mobile application. Sentry may process limited technical diagnostic information, including error details, application version, device and operating system information, to help identify and resolve technical issues. This service is used to improve application reliability, not for advertising or behavioural analytics.

CJASE may allow you to open third-party services, including mapping services, transport operators, ticketing services, taxi or ride-hailing providers, accommodation platforms and other travel services.Examples may include Apple Maps, Google Maps, Uber, Bolt, Hotels.com, FlixBus and official public transport or railway operators.When you open or continue to an external service, that provider operates under its own Privacy Policy and Terms.CJASE is not responsible for how external providers process your data.
